Pre-Cruise:

 

Deposit is $900, $400 of which is nonrefundable. The TCMC price includes the price of the cruise ticket as well as $200 per person for event wristbands.

 

Final payment is due June 1, 2018.

 

You will see two separate charges on your credit card. One is from Royal Caribbean and one is from Luxx Vacations for event wristbands.

 

After payment, cancellations should reference the refund / penalty structure noted on your confirmation.  Wristband cost is non-refundable.

 

**In order to receive these prices and be admitted to the musical events, such as the concerts, you MUST make your reservations through LUXX Vacations via our website**

 

 

Documentation to board: Valid Passport or, If USA born, certified birth certificate and valid state issued ID card / driver’s license. Children under 16 only need their certified birth certificate.

 

Online check in begins 6 weeks prior to boarding, but no later than 3 days prior to sailing.

 

Boarding passes and luggage tags will be available to print after completing your online check in.

 

Parking is available at the pier and more info may be found at www.portofgalveston.com

 

Expect to use a credit card for on board expenses, as this is linked to your SeaPass account.

 

 

 

Cruise departure day:

 

Check in at the pier begins at 12:00 p.m. in terminal 2.

 

Bring your valid identification to embark along with your boarding pass, luggage tags, and credit card.

 

Meet at Studio B after embarkation 1pm – 4 pm to check in for your event and to be issued wristbands.  Those not wrist banded will not be allowed into any of our private events on board.

 

You may bring as much checked luggage and carry on items as you would like however please note storage space in your cabin is very limited.

 

All food and drinks are included on board except specialty dining, specialty drinks, soda, or alcohol.  Main dining, buffets, water, tea, and coffee are included.

 

A $13.50 per person per day gratuity will be automatically added to each guest’s SeaPass account on a daily basis. Suite guests will see a $16.50 daily gratuity.
